직무 RMS Industry & Insight 조직의 Executive 역할은 RMS 비즈니스 및 고객이 중요한 비즈니스 요구 사항(고객 만족과 재무 목표)을 달성할 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목표로 합니다:
- 할당된 고객의 초기 연락 창구로서 활동하며, 분석 및 발표 측면에서 수행된 작업에 대해 공동 책임을 가집니다.
- NielsenIQ의 품질 기준에 따라 고객의 비즈니스 요구와 사양에 맞춰 신속하고 정확하게 고품질 서비스를 제공하기 위해 선임 직원과 협력합니다.
- 연구 기법과 응용에 대한 정확한 지식을 습득하고 최신 동향에 대한 데스크 리서치를 포함하여 최신 정보를 유지합니다.
- 내부 및 외부에서의 교육을 지원하고, 선임 직원에게 관리 및 운영 지원을 제공합니다.
- 고객 논의 및 요구를 바탕으로 잠재적 기회를 식별하는 방법을 배우고, 팀 리더 및 관련 영업팀이 고객에게 제안하도록 지원합니다.
- 데스크 리서치, 관리 및 운영 지원을 제공합니다.
- 업무 프로세스 및 생산성 개선 프로젝트를 지원합니다.
Qualifications
- 모든 학문 분야에서 학사 학위를 가진 지원자
- 신입 또는 커뮤니케이션 및 분석 기술이 필요한 관련 분야(예: 계정 관리, 고객 서비스, 비즈니스/시장 분석 등)에서 1~2년의 경력을 가진 지원자
- 세계적인 정보 및 측정 회사에서 일하는 것에 흥미를 느끼는 지원자
- Microsoft Office Excel 및 PowerPoint를 능숙하게 다룰 수 있는 사람
- 스토리텔링 기법에 관심이 있으며, 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 시각화 기술을 가진 사람
- 비즈니스 영어 능력을 구사할 수 있는 사람(구두 및 서면)
- 가상 환경에서 독립적으로 일할 수 있고 팀 작업을 잘 하는 사람
- 변화를 받아들일 수 있고, 성실하며, 고객 중심적인 사고를 가진 사람
- 인터뷰는 현지 언어, 즉 한국어로 진행됩니다.
