Project Manager Print & Online Services

Key Responsibilities

• Communication & setup consulting commercial market. Requesting project specification sheet
• Feasibility check & cost calculation
• Set up in project administration tool & project-Masterfile 
• Briefing panel & requirements with R+R team
• Consulting best project setup & ensure best approach for clipping material (in-house vs. third party) 
• Creation of inputting sheet including characteristics and instructions for analysts
• Management of analysts (Briefing & Supervision)
• Quality checks & implementation rate & ratings provided by R+R team
• Reporting & communication commercial market, troubleshooting
• Identification of project relevant publications and application of key parameters according to project specification provided by Operations team
• Documentation of errors, training of analysts and optimization project setup 
• Product Management

Key Skills/Requirements

• Well structured and organized
• Accurate and detail oriented work style
• Good English skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience in project management preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Knowledge of all kind of Microsoft / Google office tools
• Good understanding of sports business
• Basic knowledge of typical project processes, methodology, tools
