Specialist Software Engineer

So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for Software Engineers who is involved in building and designing the Artificial Intelligence for Machine Learning.

How will you make an impact?

• Design and develop state-of-the-art AI models for content generation and personalization
• Handle various data types, ensuring they are ready for use in machine learning models
• Develop and deploy applications based on Large Language Models, including specialized techniques in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Ensure high performance and scalability of AI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
• Stay up to date with the latest AI advancements to keep solutions at the industry forefront
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products aligned with strategic goals

How will you make an impact?

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree 
• 8 – 12 years of experience creating LLM & RAG-driven applications
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• ML deployment experience with services like AzureML, Azure AI studio or VertexAI
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible deployment
• Knowledge of AI algorithms and exposure to NLP(Natural Language Processing), Computer Vision and Audio

  You will have an advantage if you also have: 

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures (especially Azure)
• Prior involvement in content-driven AI projects
