Senior Software Engineer

So, what’s the role all about?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our Contact Center Copilot solution. You will focus on integrating external systems like Salesforce and SharePoint with AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base, leveraging Python, AWS services, and LLMs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and optimize solutions that meet business needs while maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise will drive innovation and operational excellence within the team.

How will you make an impact?

• Develop and maintain data pipelines for integrating external systems with AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base.
• Implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other AWS services.
• Utilize LLMs to enhance product features.
• Collaborate with team members to design and optimize system architecture.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and secure Python code.
• Integrate APIs for Salesforce, SharePoint, and other systems.
• Assist in designing and implementing robust testing strategies.
• Optimize cloud solutions for scalability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Stay updated with emerging AWS and AI technologies.
• Contribute to code reviews and quality assurance processes.
• Support deployment and monitoring of applications.
• Implement security best practices in development.
• Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless integration.
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile processes.

Have you got what it takes?

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-8 years of software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base or similar services.
• Familiarity with LLMs and their application in software solutions.
• Experience integrating external systems like Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Understanding of serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Angular is a plus.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
