Lead Software Engineer, Bot Builder with AI, Prague

Do našeho Bot Builder týmu (dříve start-up Brand Embassy) v Praze hledáme Lead Software Engineera, který povede malý tým vyvíjející platformu pro tvorbu chatbotů - a to přímo zákazníky na jejich vlastních datech! Náš technologický stack zahrnuje PHP (Laravel) pro backend, Vue.js (SPA) pro frontend, MySQL, Elasticsearch a další... Běžíme kompletně v AWS.

Bot Builder produkt stavíme ve firmě NICE CXone - přední SaaS platformě zákaznické podpory. Jsme součást divize automatizace a umělé inteligence, která se zaměřuje na automatizaci, potenciální nahrazení lidských agentů a další různá vylepšení v zákaznické podpoře. Již nyní náš produkt využívá řada významných společností po celém světě, měsíčně obsloužíme stovky tisíc konverzací s boty a tak hledáme významnou posilu do nadcházejících let, kdy trend adopce produktu bude pokračovat. Hledáme někoho, kdo nám pomůže udržet a vylepšit nejen stabilitu, ale také přinést spoustu nových features, bude komunikovat se zbytkem Digital divize v češtině i angličtině. Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5 developers (2 Backend, 3 Frontend)
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, patterns, supportability, observability, stability, and scalability
  • Work closely with the Product Manager
  • Work closely with QA team to maintain product quality
  • Co-operate with DevOps for seamless deployment and provisioning
  • Participate in L2/L3 customer support
  • Identify and address tech debt
  • Architect the product
  • Conduct quality code reviews
  • Mentor your team members
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring of new developers

 

Expectations:

  • Experience designing architecture for SaaS
  • Proficiency in PHP 8.2+
  • Proficiency in relational databases
  • Optional: JavaScript (Vue.js)
  • Experience with AWS Cloud or similar
  • Previous tech lead experience
  • Czech B2+, English B2+

 

Bonus Points For:

  • Elasticsearch, Docker, Rasa AI, Node.js, Python, LLM
