So, what’s the role all about? 

Project Manager (PM) work with NICE Systems Customers and Internal various stake holders will be responsible for the implementation portion of the client experience including project kickoff’s, design sessions, customer readiness sessions, complete and consistent project status, communication, risk assessments, project documentation, solution implementation, resource management, signoffs and transitions. The PM acts as a proactive and client-centric interface between the client and NICE Systems, and ensures that internal clients, technical staff, and management are kept aware of project status, issues, and escalations. The PM has ultimate accountability for on-time and high-quality project delivery.

How will you make an impact? 

  • Manage multiple, parallel projects as per NICE project management methodology with Complete accountability.
  • High- and low-level engagement and understanding within the project.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals while keeping momentum needed to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Accountable for documents including Pre-site survey, Statement of Work (SOW) Project Plan, Acceptance Test Plan (ATP), Site Docs, and project hand-off.
  • Plan, estimate, and organize overall implementation of NICE products including site readiness, managing resources for the project, installation, and training.
  • Provide daily direction, motivation, and support to project team.
  • Coordinate with and be responsible for working with the internal teams on implementing solutions that require customizations and added value services,
  • Plan for project contingencies and anticipate variations that may affect resources, successful implementation, and revenue recognition.
  • Identify and categorize acceptable levels of risk and potential impact of risk factors.
  • Serve as the communication link between the client and NICE throughout the entire project.
  • Act as liaison with other departments, Manage Lessons Learned function.
  • Perform Mentoring and guidance for other PM’s.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Total 2-5  Years and Minimum 1 years’ experience in project planning/management for Cloud Operations, Telephony/CTI, call center or another relevant technical environment.
  • Client consulting and relationship management.
  • Project budget management
  • Ability to use formal project planning/management applications, GANTT and PERT chart functions, write/manage timelines, and understand the critical path of a project.
  • Understanding of Cloud, telephony/CTI environments and various client and server computer platforms.
  • Intimate knowledge of NICE and industry project methodology
  • Must possess strong communication and organizational skills and be capable of providing written and oral feedback in a timely manner. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Process-oriented and able to meet rigorous documentation requirements.
  • Able to partner and align with clients delivering added value in every touch point of the relationship. 
  • Able to develop, drive, and contribute to a high-performance team.
  • Manages client relationships and individual engagements with a strong focus on excellence
  • High level of accountability at the individual level; service and support that exceeds client needs
  • Provides recognition of employee contributions to drive individual and team performance.
