**What We Do**  
We create Software Solutions for Financial Market Compliance. In short, we make and sell software that helps prevent and uncover financial fraud within large, global financial institutions. Our NICE Trading Recorder ensures compliance with global financial regulations by recording all communications of employees involved in financial transactions. Our ambition is to rebuild our Trading Recorder, making it more resource-efficient, cloud-based, fault-tolerant, distributed, and secure, while integrating with both on-premises telephony systems and cloud-based communication products like Microsoft Teams.

**What We Need You to Bring to the Table**  
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience with a strong software development background
- Strong C#.Net skills
- Inherent interest in software development, latest technologies, frameworks, and development processes
- Good / practical English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Social attitude and good spirits

**Your Skills and Knowledge Should Include Some of the Following:**  
- Azure Cloud concepts like Azure Functions, Azure Resource Manager, etc.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, REST API, networking & connectivity
- Microservices and/or cloud-native Development
- Multithreading, concurrency, and code performance
- Application security & encryption
- Software design and patterns, SOLID, etc.

**What You Will Be Doing**  
- Be part of a cross-functional Scrum team, developing and supporting specific components of our end product.
- Involved in new feature development, writing clean code, and developing unit tests.
- Own the quality of your product, taking responsibility for functional and non-functional aspects such as performance, stability, security, and maintainability.

**Recruitment Workflow**  
- Initial non-technical introduction, preferably in person or via Teams.
- Technical assessment in the form of a console application.
- Final interview with senior leadership team, followed by contract discussions.
