Senior Software Engineer (Java)

In this role, you will

Develop clean, well-tested, and maintainable code for complex client solutions
Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality through unit testing and engineering best practices
Mentor team members and support their professional and career development
Collaborate with the team to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications
Actively contribute to an Agile development team and its continuous improvement

What you will bring

• Extensive experience in backend development
• Excellent knowledge of Java
• Expert-level knowledge of the Spring Boot framework
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture principles and hands-on experience with message queues, such as RabbitMQ
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including database migrations
• Expert-level knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience designing scalable and reliable applications
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with highly skilled developers and product owners
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
