Senior IT Project Manager

Team: Research & Development

Location: Vilnius/Kaunas

Commitment: Full-time

Workplace Type: hybrid

We build the tech that moves industries forward. We have our eyes set on AI, energy, logistics, sports and other complex and exciting segments.

We believe in an innovative approach to solving deep issues and encourage our people to find their own solutions. We are constantly rethinking processes, business models, architecture, and tech stacks.

We foster a sense of curiosity, experimentation, and passion beyond code. With us, you can easily deepen your knowledge in any field you’re curious about. And because we work across many industries, you’ll be gaining the experience others can only dream of.

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our LogTech team and help shape the future of logistics through technology and AI. You will partner with leading logistics and supply chain companies, turn complex business challenges into impactful digital solutions and lead projects from early discovery to successful delivery. Going beyond traditional project management, you will influence how our products evolve, help shape solutions that can be reused across multiple enterprise customers and support customers in transforming the way they operate - creating clear, measurable business impact.

In this role, you will

  • Lead complex B2B software projects from discovery to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to understand customer processes, identify pain points and define project objectives and success criteria
  • Translate business needs into clear project plans and work with solution architects and engineering teams to shape effective, feasible solutions
  • Own project execution, including progress tracking, stakeholder communication, resource coordination and delivery reporting
  • Build trusted customer relationships, manage expectations and constructively challenge assumptions when better approaches are available
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, scope changes and delivery constraints throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes and identify opportunities to improve solutions and delivery practices based on customer feedback and operational insights
  • Contribute to solution discovery and pre-sales activities by identifying opportunities where technology and AI can create measurable business value

What you will bring

  • Senior-level experience managing complex B2B software development projects for enterprise customers, with a proven track record of delivering within agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations
  • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Enterprise Software or another process-driven B2B domain, with the ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into clear technology requirements and delivery plans
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery methods and project management best practices, with the flexibility to adapt the delivery approach to different customer and project needs
  • Hands-on experience facilitating customer workshops, defining project scope and collaborating with solution architects, engineers and other technical stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and leadership skills, including the confidence to challenge assumptions, facilitate difficult conversations and manage expectations constructively
  • Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, scope changes and delivery performance across multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with curiosity about AI, emerging technologies and their practical application in business
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken

What we offer

  • A working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and fun
  • Health insurance
  • Flexible working hours
  • Bonus for referrals
  • Employee-led workshops and office perks
  • Extra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our team
  • Unlimited WFH (work from home) policy
  • For those who dream of traveling: WFA (work from anywhere) possibilities in NFQ - approved countries
Salary range: € 4400 - 6600 gross / month
