• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer with deep expertise in Python frameworks.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading teams.
• Strong experience designing and developing distributed systems that process large datasets across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable microservices architectures, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Deep experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (K8s) — including Helm, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Autoscaling, Taints/Tolerations, Namespaces, and RBAC.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices and tooling, with hands-on exposure to DevOps pipelines and automation (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of database systems, including relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (BigQuery), as well as data modeling, SQL performance tuning, and migration techniques.
• Experience working with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR integration) and building compliant ETL pipelines.
• Skilled in code and architecture reviews, mentoring team members, and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Capable of working closely with Product Managers and Business stakeholders to define and deliver on engineering roadmaps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
