Logistics Senior Data Analyst

Key job responsibilities

· Manage individually multiple projects/initiatives related to Logistics Ops implementation projects

· Assist with integrations and ad-hoc requests related to business operations.

· Review and analyze proposed technical solutions & Business requirements for implementation projects.

· Create KPIS, performance dashboards, reports, and drive root cause analysis

· Engage with cross-functional teams and/or carriers/vendors for implementation projects.

· Provide educated judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations. .

· Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business.

Basic Qualifications & requirements

· Previous experience within transportation or logistics

· Experience in logistics process improvement: TMS; track & trace solutions, QR codes, etc.

· Experience working with data (analysis, metrics, mining, root cause).

· Advanced knowledge on MS - specially Excel+ Power BI+ Power Point

· Proven independent decision-making skills in an often-ambiguous environment.

· Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions

· Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes

· Communication at all levels with the ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data

· B2/C1 English level - Be able to communicate fluently in English

· Capacity to work on multiple projects independently and meet various deadlines.

· Aptitude for learning new/different processes within the company to better understand

· Strong desire for teamwork and working in group settings

· Attention to detail and a basic understanding of aesthetics is essential
