• Experience in Java, J2EE, Websphere and WPS 

• Experience in GWT, Hibernate, Spring and jBPM. 

• Strong analytical skills and experience in development as well as production support project 

• Leadership Experience 

EXPERIENCE PROFILE: 

• 6 + years of focused experience in java/j2ee 

• Proficient in understanding business processes / requirements and translating them into technical requirements. 

• Good Coordination skills as an onsite lead 

• A Team Player with excellent communication, analytical, verbal and writing skills. 

TECHNOLOGIES: 

• Java, J2EE, GWT, WPS , Web Sphere, Spring, Hibernate, jBPM
