About Your Future Role

 
In this position, you will:

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s network and infrastructure environment.

• Manage and support a wide range of infrastructure components, including servers, workstations, storage systems, load balancers, network switches, and credential management solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, networking, and operating systems, with a primary focus on Linux environments.

• Provide technical support to end users and assist with issues related to internal systems and services.

• Perform user account administration and asset management activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with Linux operating systems.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including the TCP/IP protocol stack and the ISO/OSI model.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Bonus Skills:

• A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong Windows operating system user and administration skills.

• Experience with Cisco or Juniper networking technologies and operating systems.

• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments and network administration.

• Experience supporting business-critical systems and services.
