Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Raw Peanuts Sorting Area
- Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from:wrinkled/off size/”bulok”/foreign matter: stones/thread/rubber
- Percentage & quantity of rejected nuts
- Roasting Area
- Monitor Roasting Settings and Roasted Peanut Output: Temperature/Time/%MC /Appearance/taste/Texture
- Verification & Summarize Quality of Roasted Peanut
- Roasted Peanuts Sorting Area
- Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from:Peanut heart/powder/unblanched/”bulok”
- Roasted Peanuts Weighing Area
- To check quantity requirement for mixing area
- Quality check of roasted peanuts for process.
- BO Area
- Supervise and monitor BO Checker from evaluation of daily BO returns
- Summarize monthly BO returns thru BO Returns template.
- Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
