Manager, Software Engineering - Front end

• Help build tools and processes to deliver outstanding UIs for our customers
• Lead teams of high-performance software engineers
• Ensure the success of software projects through the planning and execution phases within and across our group
• Partner closely with product leadership and peers to drive team priorities and roadmap
• Mentor and develop engineering teams by holding regular mentoring and career pathing conversations
• Partner with product to reserve time for feature innovation and learning opportunities
• Develop and iterate on processes and practices that keep your team performing  efficiently
