Key Responsibilities:
Build and evolve our IT solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs, including process automation, product enhancements, report development, payment integration, UX design, and more.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into development tasks.
Engage with stakeholders across departments, such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Social teams, to implement effective solutions that meet their needs.
Build additional internal and external tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
Design and manage database infrastructure, data ingestion, and data warehousing.
Use AWS cloud services for infrastructure design and deployment.
Adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where processes are continuously evolving.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of relevant full-stack development and deployment experience.
Must be proficient in Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, tRPC, MySQL, and API integration.
Expertise in database infrastructure, data warehousing, and data management.
Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Docker.
Familiarity with development around payment processing and integration. (Stripe, Authorize.net)
Strong ability to design and lead both front-end and back-end development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Startup experience is a plus.
Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week.
