About the Role

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Design end-to-end Agentic AI solutions using modern multi-agent architectures.
• Lead solution discovery workshops and define enterprise AI roadmaps.
• Architect scalable AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, and business processes.
• Deploy production-ready AI applications while ensuring security, governance, scalability, and reliability.
• Guide customers through implementation, adoption, and long-term success.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to influence product evolution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise AI strategy and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven experience delivering 0-to-1 products, platforms, or AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions in production.
• Experience designing and deploying Multi-Agent Systems, AI workflows, and enterprise AI applications.
• Strong background in enterprise integrations, APIs, data architecture, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience working directly with customers, leading discovery workshops, solution design, implementation, and adoption initiatives.
• Exposure to frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Agentforce, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of MCP, A2A protocols, AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Agentforce, , CRM, Field Service, or Customer Support platforms

Technical Expertise

Experience with one or more of the following:

• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• AutoGen
• Semantic Kernel
• OpenAI Agents SDK
• Salesforce Agentforce
• Other enterprise Agentic AI frameworks

Knowledge of:

• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication
• AI governance and guardrails
• Responsible AI practices
• LLM orchestration and evaluation
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Experience with enterprise platforms such as:
