Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning) and strong exposure to AI/GenAI technologies. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable solutions integrating LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and AI workflows into enterprise Field Service environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL)
• Architect Field Service workflows including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, technician enablement, and asset management
• Lead integration of Salesforce with AI/GenAI platforms using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and semantic search
• Build scalable integrations using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and event-driven architectures
• Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Work on agentic workflows, MCP protocols, and tool orchestration frameworks
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams for solution delivery
• Conduct customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution demos
• Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and reliability

 

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Systems
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and integration projects
• Experience with AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search)
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of data architecture, microservices, and distributed systems

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with  (CSM/FSM) platforms
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
• Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LLM-as-a-judge)
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and observability tools
• Domain experience in Field Service, Customer Support, or Operations
