Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly-skilled, strategic, and forward-thinking Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. Role Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Development: Collaborate closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software components using C#, .NET Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Product Management, Customer Support, and Engineering, to drive the development of the Netwrix Threat Manager product from concept to delivery.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. Lead code reviews, ensure quality code standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Technical Roadmap Contribution: Assist in shaping the technical roadmap, contributing ideas for system architecture, and performance optimization, with the opportunity to transition into a formal architectural role.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Framework/Core C# development, with a proven track record in leading feature development in enterprise-level environments.
• Strong experience in SQL, including the development of complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing database schemas and relationships.
• Experience with caching, asynchronous programming, and other performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluency in English.

Preferences:

• Previous involvement in developing products within the enterprise identity/security domain.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with PowerShell.
