You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and managing IT services, including networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery.

Ideally like to have someone who has 2 to 3 years of experience in an NOC

Responsibilities

• Update, Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot multi-site Linux/UNIX and Windows based Netsmart application environments for both turn-key and cloud clients

• Work directly with clients to resolve issues, schedule updates, and provide guidance on system level best practices

• Support enterprise database systems; MS-SQL, Intersystems’ Caché, and Oracle included

• Complete basic Windows or Linux administration tasks, including patching, configuration of server roles and features, and installation of software package

• Work within the HIPAA and ISO 27000 series security and privacy governess models in implementing and securing client environments

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, education, and training

Preferred

• Experience working with SQL Server enterprise database systems, performing installation setup, basic configuration and troubleshooting.

• Experience implementing and troubleshooting server systems in WAN/LAN environments

• Working knowledge of IT standards, concepts, best practices, and procedures

• Ability to prioritize attention and workload to focus on client priorities within a time sensitive environment

• Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
