Job Overview: As a Senior Staff Engineer at Netradyne, you will lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions that drive our next-generation products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software applications using C, Shell Scripting.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
- Implement best practices for software development.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- hands-on experience working with embedded systems, linux kernel device driver development, or operating systems.
- Hands-on experience in hardware bring-up using interfaces such as USB, ADC, GPIO, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi and similar peripherals.
- Proficiency in embedded C, Shell Scripting (Python scripting would ne added adbantages).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in working with Product or SaaS Companies.
- Able to Contribute Individually and Mentor Juniors as well.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
