As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer at Next Games, you’ll work in a team of highly talented and motivated game developers, to create visually outstanding games on Netflix.

You are a highly skilled motion designer, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing high-quality animations and VFX. You have extensive experience in web and/or game development and a thorough understanding of real-time graphics. You thrive in creating high-quality, visually stunning motion design, and you seek to improve and raise the bar on the overall player experience. You have an extensive knowledge of highly efficient workflows and pipelines to ensure a smooth art production cycle with a focus on cross-discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

• You will create high-quality real-time motion graphics and VFX from concept to completion

• You are used to working independently and know how to manage and organize your workload

• You will manage and communicate web and/or game development tasks, processes, and pipelines

• You will support the Art Lead in developing a cohesive, high-quality product that aligns with the Art Direction

Skills

• You are able to fluently communicate within discipline and cross-discipline

• You are comfortable working directly with designers and developers

• You are highly creative with strong technical skills in motion graphics

• You are proficient in creating 2D and/or 3D assets

• You have expertise in composition and design principles

• You have a strong sense of timing and motion, focusing on smooth and effortless user experiences

• You have a good understanding of real-time VFX techniques

• You know how to consider optimization to improve performance

• Easily adapts to new software and tasks

• You have a passion for the craft and proactively engage in self-learning to stay current with industry trends and technologies

Tools

• Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Suite

• Rive

• Unity or other similar game engine

• Git and GUI Clients

Nice-to-have

• Experience in working with prototyping tools such as Figma

• Programming language experience (C#, Python, Lua)

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
