As a Project Manager within the Technology Services organization, you will work horizontally across the different verticals of the business (product, support, engineering teams, etc.) and provide strong organization and execution management to many of the Technology Services organization's essential efforts. You will also be required to be a great communicator, storyteller, and advocate who can consult with a wide breadth of groups across many regions. You will partner closely with different teams and leaders to understand the scope of the projects, build working groups and provide in-depth analysis around scope and timelines, help create a structure for strategic execution, assist the informed captain over the effort in prioritizing based on impact, draft memos, and ensure tactics are delivered on time for any project.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for a variety of technology projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate regular status updates, escalate issues, and communicate project progress to key stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
The individual will also liaison between the business and technology groups to ensure business project needs are met.
Partnering closely with project team members and cross-functional business partners, responsibilities include developing detailed change management, communication, transition, and testing plans to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and overall business and system readiness.
Skills & Experience:
Experience working with JIRA
3-5 years experience as a Project, Program, or Technical Program Manager
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under tight deadlines, Flexibility to change course based on business needs and environmental conditions.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven program/project management capabilities
Understanding of how business needs are impacted by technology
An innate drive to deliver results
Knowledge and understanding of full SDLC, PDLC, and agile project management methodologies
This Project Manager candidate must be able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment and balance multiple fast-paced priorities. The candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills, along with experience working with cross-functional teams. Solid business judgment, including fact-based and data-driven decision-making, is critical, as is the ability to work well with all levels of leadership.
Education:
BS/BA and/or relevant experience
PMI/PMP certification or other project certifications (i.g. Agile, Scrum, Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100K - $700K.
