User Growth Manager (Singapore)

Location: Singapore-Guoco Midtown

What You Will Do
1. Identify user needs and growth opportunities through user feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and major game launches.
2. Develop user growth strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, referral, and monetization.
3. Explore and execute growth campaigns, promotional mechanics, referral programs, and user incentives.
4. Grow global user communities, monitor user sentiment, and turn feedback into product and operational improvements.
5. Lead partnerships with game publishers, platforms, creators, and other industry partners, including co-marketing, player benefits, game launch campaigns, and product integrations.
6. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Community teams to deliver, evaluate, and optimize growth initiatives.

Job Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth operations, game operations, or a related field.
2. Strong user insight and market awareness, with hands-on experience in growth strategies, campaigns, user incentives, or community operations.
3. Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from idea to delivery.
4. Solid analytical, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
5. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
6. Results-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about mobile games and the global gaming industry.
