Are you ready to take the lead at the forefront of technology as a React Developer  at Netcompany?

Joining us as a React Developer , you will play a pivotal role in driving front-end excellence across large-scale digital transformation projects that impact the lives of millions of EU citizens. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, guiding teams, shaping strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions.

As a React Developer you will:

• Contribute to the front-end architecture and technical direction across projects, helping build scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with and support cross-functional development teams, sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
• Act as a technical point of reference for React and front-end technologies, promoting best practices, clean code, and consistent engineering standards.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and practical technical solutions.
• Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Follow and contribute to coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and modern development methodologies.
• Identify technical challenges and risks early, contributing to effective solutions and mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and tools, helping evaluate and introduce improvements where they add value.
• Take ownership of delivering project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making, helping shape solutions and improve engineering practices across the team.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, testing, and modern front-end build and development tools.
• Experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of technical solutions, contribute to engineering decisions, and support less experienced team members.
