Job Summary
We are building Google Cloud NetApp Volumes / Microsoft Azure NetApp Files - award winning first party cloud storage solutions that enables companies to deploy and run various workloads in the cloud.
As a Software Engineer, you will work as part of a team responsible for building software defined cloud storage solutions that run on Kubernetes. You will join a diverse mid-sized team of experienced developers combining API, database and Kubernetes experience.
Job Requirements
Build and maintain the solutions in close co-operation with our partners - Google and Microsoft. Features also include performance optimisations, automatic tests and monitoring of the services.
Preferred qualities
• Experience in Go.
• Experience with OLTP systems.
• Experience of using automated unit testing.
• Experience of working with Git or other version control systems.
• Systematic problem-solving approach.
• A sense of ownership and drive.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Container technology, preferably Kubernetes.
Your Profile
• BSc degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of applicable experience in software development.
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
