We are seeking a talented individual to join the Asia Transformation Office within the Business Client Services (BCS) Asia team. This role will be based in Tianjin.

This role supports regional and global transformation initiatives across Asia, with a focus on project delivery, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and implementation. Key projects include the rollout of right-shoring initiatives, support for the Asia project team with a primary focus on China implementation, and other transformation projects within the team’s remit.

This role is suited to a candidate who is proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

We will count on you to:

  • Support the delivery of regional and global transformation initiatives across Asia.
  • Develop and manage project plans, trackers, governance materials, and status updates.
  • Gather and document business requirements, process flows, gaps, and implementation needs.
  • Coordinate with regional and country stakeholders to drive execution, particularly for China-focused implementation.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, and escalate where needed.
  • Support implementation planning, transition activities, and post-implementation follow-up.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams, proactively driving activities and ensuring successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Prepare clear materials for project teams, governance forums, and senior stakeholders.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, transformation, consulting, or implementation delivery.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional regional and/or global projects.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process analysis, and implementation support.
  • Experience supporting China stakeholders or China implementation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage stakeholders proactively, and drive follow-through.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

What makes you outstanding:

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, professional services, or shared services is a plus.
  • Exposure to right-shoring, offshoring, operating model transformation, or service delivery projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira/Confluence, Visio, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or business analysis certification is a plus.
