  • Contribute directly and shape strategy decks and leadership materials with evidence-based insights

  • Translate research findings into implications for product direction, concepts, initiatives, and prioritization

  • Maintain deep end-user focus, consistently stepping into the shoes of consultants and practitioners

  • Partner proactively with Product Strategy, Design, and Product teams to embed insight early and influence decision-making

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in user research, consumer insights, human-centered research, or behavioral research

  • Proven ability to independently lead complex qualitative and quantitative research from design through synthesis and recommendation

  • Demonstrated experience using surveys, diary studies, interviews, synthesis, and behavioral analysis to generate actionable insights

  • Experience developing personas, archetypes, and behavioral frameworks that inform product, capability, or strategic decisions

  • Experience translating research into clear implications, recommendations, and materials for senior stakeholders

  • Experience working in or with a consulting organization preferred, with a strong understanding of how consultants and consulting partners work, make decisions, and balance competing client, team, and business priorities

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced qualitative research leadership, execution, and synthesis across complex problem statements

  • Survey design and applied quantitative analysis to support decision-making

  • Strong research documentation, insight synthesis, and clear, compelling storytelling

  • Proficiency with research and collaboration tools, including survey platforms, Miro/Mural, and presentation tools

Skills and Attributes:

  • Deeply end-user focused, with strong empathy, curiosity, and judgment in understanding human behavior

  • Highly analytical and structured thinker, able to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problems

  • Clear and compelling communicator, comfortable shaping executive-level narratives, materials, and discussions

  • Independent and proactive, able to lead research activities end-to-end and drive action from insights
