We are seeking a talented individual to join our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in our London offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The candidate will ideally have a background in early careers/recruitment project management.
We will count on you to:
Oversee and manage projects related to the attraction, assessment and selection, offer and onboarding of early career talent within the organization
Manage the offer and onboarding process for early career hires, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers and business leaders to ensure the successful implementation and development of early career recruitment initiatives
Coordinate and facilitate the MMC summer internship programme
What you need to have:
Experience in project management, preferably in early career talent development, talent acquisition or HR
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of best practices in early career talent development and recruitment
