Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber Security Incident Response team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City, Torre Mayor office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Cyber Security Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and responding to security incidents, conducting forensic investigations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective incident management and documentation.

We will count on you to:

• Utilize a range of cyber security technologies to collect and analyze data, including but not limited to intrusion prevention and detection systems, web proxies, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, firewalls, web application scanner, vulnerability scanners, forensics tools, open-source tools, or other security technologies.
• Work across teams to obtain access to logs or sources of information as needed for incident response.
• Apply knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and cyber Incident Response to guide investigations and establish the facts of an incident in major IR events.
• Manage technical staff for the geographic location.

What you need to have:

• 5 years of experience in Cyber Security or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in conducting forensic investigations and incident response.
• Experience in reading computer or application logs, as well as using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
