We are seeking a talented individual to join our China Life team at Client & Customer Services. This role will be based in Beijing / Shanghai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Support new business development for life clients and achieve target with team
• Support client proposals and market submissions, deliver life reinsurance business
• Work with team to create and execute business strategies for life clients and enhance our capabilities/tools to life clients
• Collect & compile life market information, support renew business
• Develop and maintain life reinsurers’ relationship for our business
• Provide training for life clients and colleagues
• Assist and accompany life client visits with reinsurers
• Any other projects as assigned by the management

What you need to have: 

• Life actuary or life and health products background in priority
• Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills, must be a good communicator
• Strong ability to work with colleagues effectively at all levels, must be a good team player
• Well-versed in office software
• Bilingual communication in English and Chinese is preferred, both verbal and written
• University graduate
• Over 5 years’ experience in life insurance / reinsurance industry in Life and Health segment
