The Senior React Developer will play a key role in shaping how our applications look, feel, and function—while mentoring other developers and driving best practices across the team.

What you’ll manage:

We’re looking for a Senior React Developer who will lead the development of modern, responsive web applications while supporting the growth and effectiveness of the frontend team.

You will take ownership of complex features from concept through delivery—translating requirements, designs, and business needs into scalable, maintainable frontend solutions. This includes building reusable components, optimizing performance, and ensuring consistency across the application.

In addition to hands-on development, you’ll mentor junior and mid-level developers, participate in architectural decisions, and serve as a key resource for solving complex technical challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of high-quality, scalable features while mentoring junior and mid-level developers and ensuring adherence to SDLC standards and best practices.
  • Own code quality through solution design participation, rigorous testing, integration validation, and comprehensive code reviews.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point, resolving complex issues and unblocking the team to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, risks, and timelines through stand-ups, Jira, and Slack.
  • Take full ownership of assigned features, delivering release-ready work on time with a deep understanding of application architecture and dependencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process, design, and documentation enhancements, contributing to long-term scalability and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
  • Strong experience with React (especially with hooks) and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, or strong desire and ability to learn it quickly.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern responsive web design principles.
  • Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries.
  • Basic knowledge of state management approaches (e.g., Context API, Redux) and frontend performance optimization.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Exposure to or experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (CEFR C1 or equivalent).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
