Description
Nawy Real Estate is seeking a Senior Technical Architecture Specialist who will play a pivotal role in defining and guiding the technology architecture across our projects. In this position, you will leverage your extensive experience to design robust, scalable, and secure architectural solutions that align with our business objectives.
- Lead architectural design and strategy to establish best practices and standards for technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our architecture and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews of projects, ensuring compliance with defined architecture standards and principles.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate architectural concepts clearly and advocate for architectural decisions.
- Oversee the documentation of architectural designs and frameworks, ensuring their accessibility and clarity for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles, with a proven track record of successful architectural design.
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with various technology stacks, including cloud services, databases, and development methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize complex systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and influence organizational decision-making.
