We are seeking a full stack Associate Web Developer Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend and backend of navex.com.  You will leverage your strong technical skills, creative talents and entrepreneurial spirit to elevate our website content.

The ideal candidate will have experience with headless architecture and editor and be comfortable working with core technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and GitHub.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of navex.com

• Write clean code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and GitHub

• Help create and maintain documentation for all development activities

• Help estimate the level of effort for new development work and updates/upgrades

• Perform regular code reviews with other members of the development team

• Collaborate with the Content team to ensure website content is up-to-date and accurate

• Develop and maintain Sanity CMS editor to allow content editors to manage the site content

• Ensure website is optimised for performance and SEO

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

• Alongside the team, establish best practices for code quality and testing

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development

• Experience with headless architecture and a headless editor

• Experience with multi-lingual websites

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and GitHub

• Experience with Git and continuous integration workflow

• Experience with Sanity CMS is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
