Role Responsibilities
Represent the company as a primary customer contact during implementation projects
Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Plan all project timelines, milestones, and define project scope and deliverables
Manage project tasks, resources, scheduling, and documentation
Provide direction, support and manage expectations of customers
Monitor and report on progress of the project to the customer and internal teams
Use established project management procedures and documentation throughout the customer implementation process
Work with other project managers to improve methodologies and processes to the benefit of our customers
Essential Skills & Qualifications
3 – 5 years' experience managing customer guided projects involving internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage customer expectations
Using your time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines and competing customer priorities
Ability to communicate directly with technical and operational teams at all levels
What does success look like in this role?
Ownership of the customer for the life cycle of the project
Consistently bringing new ideas to the team and working on process improvements
Organized and working cross functionally with other teams, able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
You have a 'Customer first' attitude - always putting the customer's needs first!
