Job Description

As a Software Engineer reporting to Sr. Manager - Software Engineering, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory reporting requirements, reporting templates, and relationships between reporting indicators to define accurate reporting logic.

• Develop report logic, templates, electronic submission files, and validation rules using AxiomSL proprietary software.

• Build data‑transformation algorithms to convert incoming data into structures suitable for regulatory report generation.

• Perform unit testing of report builds and prepare documentation to support delivery to end users.

• Implement and maintain software solutions by coding, testing, debugging, and working with Excel and similar tools for data handling and transformation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel with a good understanding of database concepts (Oracle or MS SQL Server preferred).

• Fast learner with strong teamwork, collaboration, and effective English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Basic understanding of SDLC phases and release‑management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, accounting, regulatory reporting, or FinTech.

• Experience building client-facing products,

• This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
