About the Role

We're looking for an AI Engineer who loves building products with the latest AI technologies. You'll work across LLMs, AI agents, automation, and product features to create experiences that delight users and dramatically increase team productivity.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who moves fast, experiments often, and enjoys turning new AI capabilities into real-world products.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and features.
• Develop AI agents and workflow automations using modern LLMs.
• Integrate APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI platforms.
• Build reliable backend services that support AI applications.
• Optimize prompts, retrieval systems (RAG), tool calling, and agent performance.
• Evaluate new AI models and technologies and rapidly prototype new ideas.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship high-impact features.
• Monitor, improve, and maintain AI systems in production.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience integrating AI APIs and deploying AI-powered products.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with modern backend frameworks and REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Points

• Experience building autonomous AI agents.
• Experience with MCP servers, function calling, or multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI applications at scale.
• Familiarity with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, or reinforcement learning.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
