Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale banking technology projects and working closely with the client and project teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in banking system implementations/upgrades, proven experience managing large project teams, and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate banking system upgrade/implementation projects.
• Lead and coordinate a project team of approximately 50–60 members.
• Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client teams.
• Track project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project governance and status meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards. 
• Ensure effective communication between the client and project teams.
• Support risk and issue management and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, client expectations, and delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management / PMO experience
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services projects
• Experience managing banking system projects
• Experience managing large teams of approximately 50–60 members
• Experience with T24 / Temenos projects or banking platform upgrades
• Strong Project Planning & Delivery Management
• Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
