Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience: 8+ years
• Strong experience in Workday Integration Development and Support.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Financials (Financials experience is mandatory).
• Strong experience in developing and supporting Workday Integrations, including:Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) – User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads, and Outbound Integrations, Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Report Writer and BIRT Report Development.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security Framework and Security Profiles.
• Experience supporting and enhancing existing Workday functional configurations and integrations.
• Experience uploading and maintaining Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding content, and related configurations.
• Good understanding of Workday Financials business processes.
• Additional functional knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management System (EMS), and Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex integration and production support issues.
• Experience working with ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, implementation partners, and cross-functional IT teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile development and project delivery environments.
• Workday Certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale global Workday implementations is an advantage.
• Availability to work during US business hour overlap.
• Shift Time: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations across HCM and Financials modules.
• Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation
• Configure and support Workday Business Processes to meet evolving business requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday Reports and BIRT Reports.
• Upload and maintain Workday content, including questionnaires, onboarding content, and related configurations.
• Support production environments by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving integration and application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring technical problems.
• Configure and maintain Workday Security Profiles and role-based access controls.
• Participate in Workday release activities, including impact assessments, testing, validation, and deployment support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, design documents, support guides, and operational procedures.
• Recommend improvements to integration architecture and technical processes by leveraging new Workday capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Workday solutions align with organizational objectives and enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and development team members.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, project planning, estimations, and sprint activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and IT governance processes.
• Support ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management while maintaining agreed service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
