Daily work planning & manpower allocation & control production activities to achieve target.
Study of drawing & preparing the sequence of operations. Productivity of man & machine.
Identify the material & maintain the status during fabrication & final inspection.
Maintaining ISO documentation on daily basis.
Lean Management.
