About You:

Your passion for AI isn't just about advancing the technology, but about leveraging it to craft a better, more efficient, and more intuitive future for all of humanity.

As a research intern, you'll have the opportunity to work inside our research team in pioneering agentic models built on novel AI algorithms and solving challenges on agent reliability, planning, reasoning and actions.

Your main responsibility will be to push the quality, efficiency and capabilities of our agents, in collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Innovating at the bleeding edge of AI & Agents and moving them to production

• Implement the latest research ideas and rapidly run and iterate on experiments and ablations

• Deliver high-quality work at a fast pace, understanding the importance of time and speed in a startup environment.

• Stay up-to-date of the latest advancements in AI, especially around LLMs, fine-tuning techniques, and reinforcement learning.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or MS in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.

• Solid understanding and experience working with large Transformer models, such as GPT or LlaMA.

• Expertise in fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and prompt-engineering techniques.

• Proficiency in Python and popular deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch.

• A strong publication record in top-tier journals or conferences is a plus.

• Ability to communicate complex research findings in a clear and impactful manner.

• A knack for solving problems creatively and effectively.
