About the role:

We're on a quest for a visionary engineer—a true problem-solver with a mastery of Backend, Front End, and Full Stack development—to join our team and help us craft the future. Our ability to swiftly iterate on products, informed by market feedback, is crucial as we aim to bring our technology to millions worldwide, ensuring safe and reliable delivery. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the momentum and excellence of our innovations, shaping solutions that meet the needs of users everywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate state-of-the-art AI and agent technologies, focusing on advances in long-term memory, reliability, planning, reasoning, actions, and embodied AI into our products.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to translate AI research into practical, impactful solutions that align with business goals.

• Apply rigorous testing and refinement techniques to continuously enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of AI Agent technology.

• Rapidly prototype and test new ideas, ensuring our AI solutions lead the industry and adapt to evolving market needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of product engineering experience, with proven proficiency in building and scaling robust systems, preferably using technologies like Python, JavaScript, React, or other backend languages.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of product features from conception to deployment, ensuring scalability and meeting growing demands.

• Experience with large Transformer models such as GPT or LlaMA, with solid skills in prompt-engineering, working with LLM APIs and fine-tuning.

• Deep understanding of user-centric design and development, with a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.t.

• Dedication to iterative development and continuous improvement, using user feedback and market insights to refine products.

• Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver outstanding products.

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, showing a capacity to adapt and thrive under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly and effectively conveying technical details and project status to ensure alignment and transparency.
