Job Title:Senior Developer – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring TPRM applications, developing custom workflows, integrations, and automating third-party risk processes while collaborating with business stakeholders and architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain IRM/TPRM solutions.
  • Configure Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Risk Assessments, and Issue Management.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Configure Assessment Designer, questionnaires, risk scoring methodologies, and remediation workflows.
  • Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Integrate external vendor risk platforms (SecurityScorecard, BitSight, OneTrust, Archer, etc.) where required.
  • Customize Service Portal/Employee Center experiences related to vendor onboarding and assessments.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators.
  • Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical governance.
  • Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and release management.
  • Mentor junior developers and establish development best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, security, procurement, and compliance teams.

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (preferred).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
