Role Overview 

 

This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable AI/ML and automation solutions to support Enterprise Architecture initiatives. The individual develops high-quality, maintainable code while applying strong engineering best practices to ensure reliable and efficient systems. They act as a technical expert, contributing to complex projects, guiding team decisions, and working effectively in evolving environments. Additionally will Support the Associate Director, collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes. 

What will you do in this role 

 

  • Design, build, and maintain tools, content, and capabilities for the Enterprise Architecture organization 

  • Write highquality, maintainable code and apply engineering best practices across the team 

  • Enable the successful delivery of complex automation projects 

  • Demonstrate effective use of technology to complete assignments, applying engineering best practices to adapt standard methods and techniques based on prior work experience and consulting others appropriately 

  • Act as a technical resource within the work group or project team 

  • Ensure that the team delivers solutions with high-quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience 

  • Work effectively in ambiguous situations within the work group or project team, explaining difficult issues and building alignment around complex situations 

  • Communicate with other platform/competencies to stay informed about new trends and methodologies being implemented or considered within the company ecosystem 

  • Understand customer and stakeholder business needs and priorities, and help build solutions that support our business goals 

What Should you have: 

Primary Skills: Python programming, AI, SDLC, Agile, Automation 

Secondary: AWS 

Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field. 

7 + years SDLC experience, with Python programming. 

  • Strong Python skills and experience building modern AI/ML pipelines 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences 

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to technical direction within a team 

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; comfortable working in complex, evolving environments 

  • Proven track record of contributing to complex, production-grade systems as an individual contributor 

  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices and methodologies 

Software Engineering 

  • Solid experience designing, implementing, and scaling solutions with cloud services, data pipelines, databases, APIs, and modern engineering tooling 

  • Expertise building software within a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process 

  • Ability to develop and construct complex automations that integrate with existing systems and business processes 

Generative AI 

  • Experience with prompt engineering to produce accurate responses from generative AI models and tools 

  • Hands-on experience with RAG systems, LLMs, vector databases, and generative AI applications 

  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the ability to influence and motivate others; excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability; networking and partnerships should be a key strength 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud providers 

  • Work experience in Agile environments 

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools 

Prior experience with prompt optimization or evaluation frameworks
