The role is responsible for customer engagement experience, ensuring successful execution and cross-team alignment to deliver AI-driven solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven insights & recommendation that address real business challenges and create measurable value for enterprise clients.

• Partner closely with BPs, Commercial Data Ops, Commercial Data Analytics and Advanced Data Analytics teams to deeply understand business objectives, pain points, and workflows.

• Serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals and can be effectively implemented.

• Drive the adoption of AI solutions by clearly articulating value, defining success metrics, and supporting change management within sales organizations.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference will be given to candidates with majors in Marketing, Medicine, Business Administration, Data Science or related disciplines.

• 4~7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong exposure to business planning, performance insights or commercial operations.

• Proven ability to analyze data, define business insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations and solutions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at different organizational levels.

• Consulting, SFE, data science and Business Intelligence projects experience is a plus. Proven delivery of Data / AI products with hand-on experience preferred.

• Self-motivated, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
