Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design
Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
Work with multiple stakeholders to define functional & non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance).
Map solution flows across applications, data, and integrations.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and security guidelines.
Technical Leadership
Work closely with Enterprise Architect, Product Owners, Developers, Data Team, and Vendors.
Produce technical artifacts: solution diagrams, sequence flows, interface specifications.
Review vendor solutions and validate technical feasibility.
Delivery Support
Guide development teams during the building phase.
Support testing, deployment, and cutover.
Troubleshoot deep technical issues across multiple systems.
Stakeholder and team collaboration
Act as a bridge between teams: Collaborate with various departments, such as IT, marketing, sales, and design, to align on goals and execution.
Manage stakeholder relationships: Keep stakeholders informed and gather their feedback to ensure the platform meets their needs.
Foster collaboration: Encourage a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the team and across the organization.
Solution adoption: Ensure the proposed solution and design is understood, implemented properly, and delivers benefits
Required Qualification & Experience:
Has 6 to 10 years of experience in solution design
Strong in application, integration, and cloud architecture
Retail systems experience (ERP, POS, WMS, CRM, e-commerce) advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
Proactive, resourceful, and able to drive solutions with minimal supervision
