Key Responsibilities
Extract, query, and validate data from databases using SQL to support operational and management reporting.
Prepare, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Analyze inventory and warehouse capacity data to identify trends, gaps, and operational issues, and perform root cause analysis for ad-hoc problems.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support operational and management decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI to monitor performance and track key operational metrics.
Support system implementation and enhancement initiatives by assisting with requirements clarification, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation.
Assist in workflow automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
SQL: Basic to intermediate proficiency for data extraction, querying, and reporting.
Microsoft Excel: Proficient with advanced formulas and basic VBA for automation.
Power BI: Experience in dashboard development, reporting, and performance tracking.
JavaScript: Basic knowledge for scripting, automation, and system integration (primarily in Google Apps Script).
