Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of high-performance .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
Define and enforce software engineering standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for the team.
Oversee system scalability, security, and performance planning across multiple projects.
Mentor, guide, and upskill developers through code reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge sharing.
Drive integration with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP for scalable hosting and advanced services.
Partner with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and infrastructure automation.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proactively identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluate adoption strategies, and champion technological innovation within the team.

Required Skills

Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET Core (minimum 8 years).
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
Experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions leveraging front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
Hands-on experience with both SQL Server, Entity Framework, and NOSQL databases.
Advanced knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native design patterns.
Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and technical mentoring abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Traits

Proven passion for clean code, software craftsmanship, and technical excellence.
Ability to lead technical initiatives, influence architectural direction, and drive project success independently.
