• Taking full responsibility for the operation of the EDI platform and interface development (insourcing) from the current external service provider, while ensuring continuous service in the future.
• Defining future EDI services and architecture (FMO) in close collaboration with business representatives.
• Standardizing, harmonizing, and documenting EDI applications.
• Implementing and supporting application projects related to the EDI platform and interface environment.
• Collaborating with areas such as HW, OS, DB, VM, IAM, network, and SAP/IT security.
• Coordinating external service providers.

Requirements

• A degree in IT, economics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in operating and monitoring EDI platforms (e.g., iDoc monitoring) and troubleshooting issues.
• Practical knowledge of analyzing, designing, reorganizing, and implementing EDI requirements/interfaces.
• Familiarity with products like FIS/xee®, FIS Workbench, rvsEVO, rvsProxy, Baseware, and Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of EDI formats (VDA, EDIFACT, etc.), ALE, OFTP2, and iDocs format conversion.
• Motivation and commitment to building professional internal application operations and project support in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.
• Flexibility, communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of project management and ITIL methodologies (preferably with certification).
• Experience with SAP SD/MM modules.
• German language skills.
