Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance/ Treasury / ALM Reporting teams and Finance Technology engineers to deliver the product roadmap.
- Manage the product backlog, plan sprint deliverables, prioritize user stories and tasks, and facilitate daily scrum meetings for the squad.
- Work closely with other product managers and technical squads to assess, coordinate, and implement new changes.
- Introduce and apply emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to streamline processes and enhance analytics capabilities in a smarter and more efficient manner.
- Manage external vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Ensure deliverable quality through requirements analysis, QA testing, and post-implementation reviews.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and production issues, responding to and remediating incidents promptly
Requirements
- Project management experience under agile management methodology as a Project Manager/ Product Owner/ Scrum Master etc.
- Solid working experience in banking / FI industry with in-depth knowledge on banking and treasury products
- Strong business acumen across banking and finance, highly preferable with experience to the following financial domain areas: Accounting and General Ledger, Regulatory reporting, Treasury Products, Liquidity management, FP&A, Tax reporting etc.
- Technical knowledge and understanding in common banking system and processes, e.g. Core Banking system, General Ledger System, Regulatory Reporting Systems, SQL, AWS, Cloud Infrastructure, Payment system etc.
- Vendor management experience
- Critical and logical thinking, able to provide sound and reasonable solutions to the finance users
- Passionate, strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with different departments across the bank effectively
