About position
The Growth Marketing Director is responsible for leading the Growth Team to reach the revenue targets. The Growth Marketing Director must provide for a strong lead generation and nurturing strategy, and lead its team members in elaborating and implementing high-performance initiatives, measured with real-time metrics and KPIs, through our targeted channels.
Role and responsibilities
Lead, manage and build a team of highly-motivated professionals that will coordinate internal and external resources related to:
- Growth: Own the overall customer acquisition metrics (paid and organic), setting targets and forecasts, and report on performance to internal stakeholders (Revenue, Product, Ops, etc.).
- Conversion rate optimization: Improve website and campaigns conversion rate over time through ideating, designing and launching A/B tests with clear hypotheses that are backed by data.
- Analytics and Reporting: Define KPIs and provide exec-level updates on progress and channel contributions towards business targets.
- SEO/SEM: Lead overall SEO/SEM strategy, including target keywords, content, calls-to-action, on-page SEO and backlink building approach.
- Content strategy: Team with our internal teams to support a content strategy aligned with SEO, customer acquisition, and customer success goals.Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Lead Nurturing and Sales support: Develop initiatives that support the Sales Team to convert prospects that are in the pipeline into clients and help to increase the close rate and shorten the sales cycle.
Requirements
- University Diploma in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance)
- 10 years of relevant experience as part of a Growth team, Inbound & Account-Based Marketing team, etc.
- You have experience creating and maintaining large-scale solutions, preferably SaaS
- Experience with analytics and marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Webflow, etc.)
- Proven ability to build and lead team to meet and exceed quotas
- Strong oral and written communications skills (English, for all markets)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Team worker: a go-getter who thrives on positivity, collaboration, and team spirit
